     Francis (Frank) Klinger was born on 23 January 1851 in Lykens Township, Dauphin Co., PA. He was the son of Elias Klinger and Sarah (Sally) Kissinger. Francis (Frank) Klinger married Harriet Ann Clark Troutman, daughter of George Tschopp Troutman and Jestina (Jesty) Clark, circa 1870 in Dauphin Co., PA. Francis (Frank) Klinger died on 15 November 1910 in Lykens Township, Dauphin Co., PA, at age 59. He was buried after 15 November 1910 in Simeon United Lutheran Church Cemetery, Gratz, Dauphin Co., PA, in Section 2, North Side, Row 2 - South to North.
